Fairclough & Wood Limited was incorporated in 1987 to distribute Industrial Fixings and Support Steelwork Systems to the building services industries both through wholesalers and direct to the larger installers.

Our reputation for fast efficient service and availability quickly spread through the industry and we were able to expand our product range to include Ladder Rack, Cable Tray, Cable Trunking and other products that lend themselves to the support of cables, pipework, ducting and other trade requirements.
We quickly got involved with other trades including Instrument Engineers who use specially designed steelwork to mount their instruments along pipelines to monitor the flow of oils and gases etc. so now we fabricate to customers drawings all manner of stands, junction box frames and racks and sun shades.
Being located in an area bordered by several motorways and major roads i.e. A1, M1, M62, m18 and also the M180 into South Humberside the A19 to the Northeast we are able to service all our customers day to day needs with confidence.
Some of the worlds largest engineering companies as far a field as Uzbekistan, Egypt, UAE, BURMA and many other emerging countries are installing our products on projects throughout the world.
